PROJECTS

Salesforce opportunities
I recently had the opportunity to complete a performance task for a prospective company. The objective was to create a course about Opportunities in Salesforce.
The lesson titles were given, but I researched all the content, created the scripts for the videos, and designed and utilized a concept map to organize all the information.
*The concept map can be accessed by clicking the link*
This project was really exciting because I was able to try-out some cool new tools such as animaker, camtasia, and branching with Storyline.

Delivering Feedback to Employees
Studies show that employees prefer corrective feedback over positive, but sometimes it can be difficult to give and receive. Effective feedback is important in order to continue business improvement and employee professional development. It clarifies expectations, allows opportunity to learn from mistakes, and can increase confidence
This course was inspired by the LinkedIn learning course by Brett Kirkpatrick: Essentials of e-learning: Storyboarding. I began by 1st writing a script and then storyboarding a prototype. The final step was design.

Pre-Licensing eLearning
A redesign was requested for the GoHealth Pre-Licensing department which included new materials for agents. Rise360 was the primary software used to develop eLearning courses that would provide more engagement, interactivity, concise information, and knowledge checks that aligned closer to state exam questions. I worked with another member of the I.D. team to design courses quickly and get them to launch prior to deadline. This PPT provides screenshots of some of the courses designed.

TX Instructor Presentation
This project is a small snippet of the presentation that I designed for the Pre-Licensing department at GoHealth. In order to better facilitate the flow of content and increase engagement, I created a PowerPoint with only the most significant information pertaining to the state exam, aligned the chapters to the class agenda for that state, and included pre-built activities to drive engagement. Health and Wellness
This interactive article was designed for a college professor to include in her monthly newsletter. She wanted to express to her students, in a fun and engaging manner, the importance of developing healthy habits and behaviors that will be beneficial through their academic years and beyond. Education and Training Career Cluster
This informative display was designed for an employee with Equus Workforce, a partner with the state unemployment department. This presentation was used as a part of training to facilitate career development in the Education and Training field. View in present mode for the best experience!
